First and foremost... congratulations to PAT!!! told u u'll be going to BIRMINGHAM!!! i'm so happy for u! so we've both got our wishes eh? what did i say? our lives are so alike... oh well.. anyway i'm so happy for u! congrats once more!
secondly... I'VE GOT THE TICKETS TO HARRY POTTER!!!! i am so so so excited! cant wait! well we finally settled on watching on the 3rd instead though they have sneaks on monday onwards
thridly.... the lotr exhibition was AMAZING! its really really fascinating the amount of hard work and time they put into making the movie... everything just hits u in the face... really really out of this world... technology... wow... amazing... its so surreal... gosh i'm still so appalled by it...
oh Shrek 2 is so lame... haha but cyn fell asleep in the cinema yet again... she did it during troy too! but yeah go catch the show if u havent!
have i ever told u what a small world this is... we were at Borders(me and Jess) to look for our respective frens cyn and janice(i think..) and jess and janice started talking abt a gal who's going to USC to study in fall..and janice said that girl's a biatch...so we went to the information counter to look for the biatch after getting her description of her...and gosh i recognised her immediately... and she is the biggest biatch i've ever known in the entire world... i think u know her taryn...jamie eng.. haha... looks like her reputation is quite well-known...
and let me tell u Borders is such a great place to go, "oh *screechy voice now* HHHHHIIIiiiiiii! i didn't know you are working here!" cos it happened at least 3 times when i was there.
tennis today was so funny... lester was just full of crap i tell ya.. both of us were just trying to time how long casimir takes a break from talking... the record? 5 seconds... haha... he was just talking the whole night and lester was just making fun of him the whole time... boy...put both of them together and u'll never get a quiet moment...boys will be boys... but it was hilarious
ok anyway back to the f1 thingy... i read ur entry whoever u are.. thank u very much... now let me set certain things straight....

next... yes i know the purpose of braking and then accelerating and i know well it is not a crime! and i'm not saying he's stupid for doing that behind the safety car cos he has every right to do so.. all i'm saying is that of all places he has to do it in the tunnel where its so dark. oh yeah sure they arent going at 300km/h still 160km/h wouldnt be wat u call average speed? and if u read ur basic theory book u'll know that already, at 100km/h u get a 28m reaction distance and another 84m braking distance to stop a car.. and we are not even talking about stopping here.. but reaction time... and my goodness he jolly well knows how far montoya was behind him... what is stupid is the fact that given his experience on the track and not to say expertise... he should have better judgement not to do that in the tunnel ESPECIALLY after having an accident already occured in the tunnel before that...
i dun deny the fact that he is good.. i never did... and i cant take that away from him no one can. and i also dun deny the fact that i'm not a ferrari and schumacher fan. he's good.. he's won races.. he's been the world champion for god knows how many times. so? that only adds to and emplifies his well stupidity in my opinion over that incident... but is most puke inducing is how he tries to shift the blame onto montoya... sure they have had arguments in the past.. and montoya isnt exactly the angel... but neither is schumi... plus montoya doesnt try to hide his disdain for schumi, shooting out of his mouth watever that comes to his mind. but after this episod.. i wonder who's the greater evil? i'm not supporting montoya but i still think that he wasnt at fault here. given someone else the same thing would have happen... and given someone else... do u think schumi will say the same thing? montoya was trying to cut in to avoid the car in front.. but so wat if he overtook schumi? he's one lap down and he jolly well knows that he cant overtake behind the safety car and even if he did he'll still have to let schumi pass when the blue flag's waved.
i dun say that FIA is helping ferrari to win races.... but in quite a number of incidents they had been clear biasness towards the prancing pony(think hard times haha sorry i just have to make a dig at it) and again i dun take away what ferrari and schumi has achieved and i didnt. but even so, schumi is one of the most controversial racer in f1, if not the most. this doesnt just come from me... go read up on the f1 year books... its THERE! in the book! and ask steve slater and chris goodwin..they will tell u the same thing.... and mind u steve slater is a michael fan too? does it change the fact that some of his wins are controversial?
yes FIA did change some rules to play down Ferrari dominance and again, even though statistic proves otherwise, but yeah i believe that they are trying to but it kinda backfired on them. but u think they did it merely for the good of the sport? let me tell u this, even though i've only been involved in small scale sports well groups/committees or watever shoit u call it, i've seen enough politics to last me a lifetime.its all about politics in sports whether u like it or not. its the ratings that make them do it... though i wouldnt say its wholy responsible for the move. but u think bernie eccelstone is a saint trying to keep the compettion going for the sheer spirit of sports?
and i enjoy watching F1 not for the fact that a new string of racers won and that schumi lost. where's the beauty in that... sure its interesting to see... but the real art is in every move of the cars and racers. and for goodness i've been watchign f1 since sec 2. stop ur condescending tone like i know hell naughts about f1...
